Becoming
This is a one on one mentorship/coaching program designed to accelerate your own healing journey while awakening the healer within. In this 5 month container, you will be exposed to a variety of energetic practices both for your own healing as well as to explore how you could assist others with your own unique gifts, which will be discovered and unveiled throughout the program.
Every healer has their own unique approach to healing. There is a big emphasis in this program to help you discover your own unique expression and abilities. This opportunity is for you if you wish to learn more ways to heal yourself and/or have an interest in learning how you can help heal others.
Elevate
Elevate is all about elevating your health on a mind, body, and soul level. This is a 6 month one on one coaching program designed to nurture and hold you through sustainable and profound shifts. The intention of this program is for you to receive support and nourishment to rise above your current way of being. You will also learn tools and techniques for self-healing and growth. Together, we work to identify root causes and shed layers of baggage holding you back from reaching your highest potential.
